Wow,  I don't know who's stats those are, they seem to be for cold leads though? Mine are15 calls to get a referral and 8 referrals to close a deal-Documented in my CRM stats. And I have a conversation 100/100 calls because I call my database; people who know me to get those 15:1 & 8:1 stats. Oh by the way your link doesn't work.
