The bar that you set for the level of your services that you provide for your customers . . . . establishes the standards for your customers expectations. They become the standards that you and your business will be measured by.

 

Your service is a reflection of your attitude . . . . From the foundation of your attitude you will either build your business on bedrock or on quicksand.
