As October comes to a scary end and the 2014 holiday season begins to fire up, a quick review of the Southern Utah MLS system reveals that there are 105 active listings for St. George Utah retirement properties; homes in adult communities. Drilling down on the 106 active retirement community listings, we see 48 properties listed between $299,900 and $775,000. Additionally, there are another 27 listings between $299,000 and $199,900. Going further down the list, there are an additional 31 properties between $195,900 and $89,900 looking for the right buyers. While utilizing our mapping feature on the FlexMLS system, it's easy to notice that the majority of listings for senior citizens 55 and over are primarily located in Sunriver.
