- 87-05 Chelsea St- (pic above) 1 family, detached, brick construction sold for $675,000 after 105 days on the market.

- 85-15 Wareham Pl- (pic above) 1 family, detached, brick construction, with 4 bedrooms, 2 car garage and private driveway, sold for $782,500 on the market for 260 days! (OUCH!!!)

Based on the sale prices, it seems like Jamaica Estates is a fairly exclusive neighborhood in the Borough of Queens.

Derrick- Yes it is. Certain blocks (4 or 5 block radius) is very exclusive and has quite a few mini mansion like properties worth well over a million.
