The natural slowdown of the summer months was exacerbated by the lack of quality listings. Looking at the Pending Properties pricing is weaker versus the higher prices in the spring. Expect inventory to increase throughout fourth quarter. Many buyers moving to Austin are in need of housing.

Bottom line: The current Canyon Creek real estate market exists with a slower more controlled pace with an increasing inventory compared to the spring market. Appraisers are now finding it easier to make value due to recent sold data.
