It FINALLY Happened! The Motivated Seller Called ME!

You know how it is.  

The dream seller we always think about. 

The one that is calling you up...

Two weeks left until their tenant moves out.  They're desperate.  

They need to sell.  So desperate in fact, they are willing to sell it to you for only $500 down and take over their payments.

You think it's obviously a Halloween Prank.  Someone's playing a very nasty trick.  But, the phone numbers, the address, and the name all check out.   You nervously call and then....

It really is hard to believe.  But it actually happened to me.  Here is the email they sent me in response to the Craigslist ad I ran. 

Stop Paying For Leads!

Remember! Not every problem is one that is solved by spending money! 

Be creative with your lead generation techniques.  If everyone else is saying "we are #1 at listings!" offer to BUY their house!   That is one UNIQUE Selling proposition! 

Places like Craigslist (where I posted for this ad) can be used to find motivated, ready to sell sellers to fill your pipeline!  However, you must be creative on how you approach the problem!

Necessity the Mother of Invention

The Value of The Internet World

The older I get, the more amazed I am by the Internet, and the permanence of it.  The marketing, sharing, and direct sales you can do is truly amazing.  Although my "bucket list" of having a truly motivated Seller call me up to beg me to buy their home has been truly awesome! 

So from me to you, two pieces of advice.  Generate leads #ByAnyMeansNecessary and don't believe you have to spend money to make money!
