I looked up the mls this morning to see the real estate activity in August 2014.

I looked for residential listings sold. There were 29 homes that settled in August 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 1,265,000 and lowest sale price was $190,000

The average original list price was $587,758

The average last list price was $581,316

The average sale price was $564,383.

The homes were on the market for an average of 93 days.
