I looked for residential listings sold. There were 23 homes that settled in August 2014.

The highest sale price was $ 730,000 and lowest sale price was $182,000

The average original list price was $394,265 The average last list price was $393,447

The average sale price was $383,258. The above is subject to errors and omissions.

The homes were on the market for an average of 45 days.
