Letting your clients know that you care about them is a wonderful way to build loyalty and say Thank You. I love Pop-by's and incorporate them in my marketing. We usually attach a small tag to the gift with a catchy phrase.

Can of cranberry sauce...Cran you send me referrals? I'm berry thankful for them.
Luggage Tag with their name on it...Don't get lost in the Real Estate market, I will help you find your way home.
Ice Cream Scoop...Call me for the scoop on the Real Estate market.
Cheese Grater...Always grateful for your referrals.
Lottery Ticket...I will make sure you have the winning ticket when it comes to Real Estate.
Oven Bag...Avoid a mess real estate transaction by referring your friends and family.
Energy Bar...Don't have the energy to think about Real Estate...call me and I will make things simple.
Coffee & Chocolate...The secret of every great mom and Realtor.
Shopping Bags - Your sale is in the bag when you buy or sell with me.
Thanksgiving Candy Bars - I am thankful for you!
