As you know, I usually post my monthly Broward County Real Estate Market Reports during the first week of the new month. I'm always excited to see exactly what sold and to be able to provide that info to you. I've decided that I'm going to wait until the latter part of the 2nd week of the new month to post them. I always knew that when closed sales occur, it can sometimes take several days before the Brokers update their status to "closed" in the MLS and I want to provide the most accurate stats when I post the reports. An example: last month on March 3rd, I posted my Broward County Luxury Real Estate Market Report for February and reported that there were 21 closed sales of homes that each sold for $1,000,000+ recorded in the MLS. Well, I looked at the stats for February again and, as of today, 26 such homes sold instead of 21, so stay tuned next week for my March Broward County Real Estate Market Reports.
