Factory Panel construction is highly efficient and makes for a much quicker installation in the field. Most panels built inside will fasten easier as they are squared and all are properly nailed.

Back in the late 60's I worked summers for a factory housing company and learned a lot about home construction.

Watched the video. Pretty interesting. Wonder how long the setup takes on something like a 4 bedroom home?

Nice job with your post. I have built done panelized and modular, both can be very efficient, especially when weather is a consideration.

Bill Reddington Once the site has been totally prepped and all the infrastructure completed and components arrive a 4 to 6 man crew and a crane could get it totally assembled in a week.

A lot of the prep work can be done simultaneously albeit the whole home could be slammed out in a few days with this technology. It's amazing stuff. I haven't been this excited about the FB Industry for decaces.

Joe Petrowsky If you haven't seen the video you should set aside a few moments and check it out. It's mind blowing what they are doing with that technology. I've never seen anything like it and I've been in this industry for 3 decades non stop.
