Stockton Waterfront Properties - There's something to be said about living on the water. Relaxing under the shade, having dinner on the porch or deck...watching the birds...enjoying a sunset...all better when you live on the water.  In Stockton there are ten neighborhoods that have waterfront properties.  There are four man-made lakes in the Brookside community - all located within gated communities.  Go east of Brookside and you will find two man-made lakes in the neighborhoods of Quail Lakes and Meadow Lake.  Then, if you head north on I-5, you'll find two man-made lakes in Lincoln Village West - Lake Lincoln, the largest man-made lake in Stockton, and North Lake.  Continue your drive north and you will find a lake off of Mariners Drive and Lighthouse Dr.  The final area with waterfront properties in Stockton is off of Eight Mile Road east of I-5 in the gated community of Oak Shores.  There are also homes on the Delta waterways some with deep water access with their own boat docks.
