If you were to hire a coach, what would you want to be coached on? As we start to put together our coaching curriculum for 2015 a thought occurred to me that I shouldcoaching ask the members of ActiveRain what they would like to be coached on if they were to hire a coach. Most everyone knows that anybody with any sort of success has had a mentor, trainer or coach and those that have seen great success have probably hired all three.

Anyone that has ever been through a sales training class has heard that even the best, in fact especially the best in the world all have coaches, and many have multiple coaches for multiple issues. Tiger Woods has a golf coach, a strength coach and also a mental coach, all professional athletes on their respective teams have dozens of coaches, from strength and conditioning, to position coach to financial coaches and even nutrition coaches.

So as we prepare for 2015, I ask you, what type of coaching, if money were no object would you want as a real estate agent. I will give some topics that we plan to cover and if you like these great, if you would like to see something else please let me know, because I know as a coach I am only as good as I can be on my own, but with the knowledge of the masses I can be exponentially better.

Here are a few topics and sub topics to help you warm up your mind to coaching-
