What's the Neighborhood Like?
The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Valencia Falls Neighborhood range from 1600 to over 3000 square feet. Built by GL Homes, well known in southeast Florida, Valencia Palms was built between 2005 and 2007. It is the sister community to many other Valencia communities. Comprised of over 600 single family homes, the smallest homes in the neighborhood start with two bedrooms while larger floor plans have four-bedroom layouts. The majority of the homes are single story with just one model being two story. Lots range from zero lots to full size and have lake or garden views.
Maintenance fees in Valencia Falls covers common areas, clubhouse, recreation facilities, security, lawn care, trash removal and cable.

There is a full-time social coordinator on staff, grand ballroom, arts and crafts, poker room, billiards, community newsletter, resort-style pool and spa, resistance pool, stocked fishing lake, business office, basketball court, steam rooms, aerobic room, card rooms, community TV channel, state-of-the-art fitness center, internet cafe with indoor/outdoor seating, putting green and Har-Tru tennis courts. Some of the many clubs Valencia Falls offers its residents include book club, bowling club, bridge club, canasta club, cancer research, choral club, culture club, men's club, men's golf club, photography club, shuffleboard club, singles club, tennis club, women's club, women's golf club and more.
What's Going on Nearby Valencia Palms Neighborhood?
Valencia Falls is conveniently located to supermarkets, pharmacies, gas stations, banks, dry cleaners, restaurants, houses of worship and medical facilities. Delray Medical Center, Bethesda Memorial Hospital, JFK Medical Center, West Boynton Hospital and Boca Raton Regional Hospital are all within driving distance, as is the Florida Turnpike and I-95 for ease of travel. It's a short drive to downtown Delray Beach's trendy Atlantic Avenue, Mizner Park , Town Center in Boca Raton and the beach. Take a stroll on Saturday morning through the Delray Beach Green Market. You never know what you may find! Afterwards, you may want to have a bite to eat at Deck 84, one of my favorite restaurants in downtown Delray Beach.
