The 40 hour real estate sales person class is in progress. We have a great group of students enrolled. The students will graduate on Friday April 11'th. Most of the students are sponsored by a broker but a few are interviewing brokers, so let me know if your company is adding new agents. I will pass the information along.
The market is showing signs of life and with the nice weather expect sales to keep increasing. There are so many great buys out there, it is no wonder that you see so many pending sales on the MLS.
The next 40 hour sales person class is schedule for April 28'th. It will be another 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. class that starts on Monday and ends the following Friday.
Appraisal 1 starts April 21, 2008, this is a 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. class that runs Monday - Thursday and the following Monday and Tuesday. This class counts for the 30 hour broker education requirement and also will count for 30 hours towards a Limited Appraisal License. Every agent could benefit from this class even if they aren't going for a broker or appraisal license at this time.
