Eastmark in Mesa

Often when I have a slower schedule for the day, I like to get out and explore different areas in the valley.  Yesterday I tok my travels to an up and coming planned large-scale community called Eastmark.  Located in east Mesa, this large scale community has abundance of ammenities and attractions!  I have read about Eastmark but had not experienced Eastmark!

 As I drove up you could see the development in progress and see the vastness of it!  When I first entered the community,  I saw a rather large vistor/community center, similar to Power Ranch.  I keep wanting to write neighborhood but like Eastmark is more like a city! Their motto even says live in Synchronicity! Eastmark has so many features! Great new builds by renowned builders like Taylor Morrison, Meritage, and Maracay are featured throughout the neighborhoods within the community! Part of the RND experience was to explore various spec homes and model homes by Taylor Morrison and Meritage.  It was great to see what the various builders had to offer in these new neighborhoods.  I enjoy educating myself of nuisannces of each builder and what a potential buyer could expect to view.  Overall, it was a pleasure to meet someone from Taylor Morrison and Meritage and just a little bit more about each builder.  

Besides the grandioso new builds, the community features a pleathera of parks and splash pads for the entire family.  If thats not enough, Eastmark also features several charter schools within walking distance of each house!  After talking with a sales associate with Taylor Morrison, I learned that the development will probably be completely finished in 10-15 years and will feature a fire station, shopping center, gas stations, sport fields, and even a spa like resort!  For several years, I heard all the good things going on at Eastmark, but to view it in person was a great experience!
