Good morning,
Once again, interest rates are holding steady in this nice and low pattern. So on to the election results…
I’m sure we’re all glad to be done with the campaign ads and honestly, I don’t care who you voted for so long as you got out to vote. It looks like the initial projections were 55-60% for MN. Minnesota is one of the top in the nation with this figure. Still, I can’t help but find this a little bit sad. When you can have the ballot sent to your home with a little preparation, why not take the time to be a part of the process. I’m certain that more than 60% of us complain about politics. Shouldn’t we forfeit our right to complain if we forfeit our right to vote?
That’s my take on it anyway. If you chose not to vote, I’d be intrigued to hear why. Like any story, there is validity to both sides. Please, educate me on the reasons not to vote.
Have a great week!
Matt
Rates: 30 year fixed at 4.00% (APR 4.079) and the 15 year at 3.125% (APR 3.223), FHA: 3.375% (APR 5.468): As always rates change with individual credit scenarios and programs, APRs are estimated based off of a $250,000 purchase price with 20% down and a 740 credit score, if you want an exact quote, call. These are not quotes, merely a baseline measure to gauge how rates change from week to week.
