Join your fellow recyclers on November 15, 2014 in your area for America Recycles! Pledge to do your part and log in to view activities in your area.

Recycling is up to 34.5% nationally. Contribute your share to raise the bar for recycling! Your community benefits in countless ways from jobs to less pollution.

"Learn. I will find out what materials are collected for recycling in my community at americarecyclesday.org.

Act. Reduce my personal waste by recycling. Within the next month, I will recycle more.

Share. In the next month, I will encourage one family member or one friend to take the pledge."

Jan Green - Gilbert has a phenomenal recycling program for used electronics and hazardous household wastes. I try and do a post about it every few months. I'm surprised how many Gilbert residents don't even know it exists.
