or Lease. I try not to bombard people with ads for work...but today I make an exception:
I have critical needs for farm land in central Nebraska from Dawson, Phelps, western Buffalo, Northern Gosper counties for a client. He would like to Lease but would look at Buying as well.
I Have Farmers looking to expand by Buying or Leasing in Howard County or eastern Sherman County or southern Greeley or Valley County, or northern Hall County... or western Merrick or S/W Nance County!! BUY or Lease!! Dryland or Irrigated!! Call me...confidentiality will be maintained!! I can also do a Lease Purchase or a Purchase and rent back if one of you wants to cash out and the other wants to farm....
These are not investment companies but local and area Farmers.
