Devil In The Details No More Important Than In Real Estate

By
Real Estate Agent with Keller Williams Realty 0575737

DetailsReal estate transactions get more complex by the year. Just look at the contract paperwork and addenda that not only changes but gets added to.

The Details With Real Estate Are All Important.

In interviewing candidates to represent you in buying, selling or investing ASK how do you handle the details? Some agents are good with details, some average and some poor. They need to know who they are and cope with that personality type.

Assistants, check lists, even practice and experience ALL help having things not fall through the crack and heartburn or disaster occurring.

A SMOOTH transactions MEANS staying on top of the details. In real estate IT IS ESSENTIAL!!

Gary, you are so right. It's actually kind of upsetting to work with individuals who don't care about the details and say, "...don't worry about it, things will take of themselves." Yikes!

And on the other hand beauty is in the eye of the beholder Gary. I haven't seen what we use to describe as a normal transaction for a long, long time...  Always look out for the small print!

Gary~ Details come in to play throughout the transaction. The agent needs to be ahead of the game and they need to keep their client informed.

It's a beautiful photo Gary, and equally  an important message. The devil is in the details of the real estate contracts, and there is a lot to keep track.
