O.K.  It's 5:50 PM.  I have to be a few miles from here by 7:00.  I still haven't showered.

Night time listing appointments are kind of tough.  I feel just a bit anxious.

Strange, I know it will go fine.  I like meeting new people.  They seem to like me already.

But I am still a little bit nervous.  I don't know exactly why?

Except for the fact that I sure could use a few listings...

Hi Paula, Denise and Rob.  I always get nervous.  I used to be nervous waiting tables.  I demand a lot of myself.

I have showered.:)

Thanks,

Ken

Ken.... Please do shower first !  :)   You will be fine. I like evening listing appointments as I think people are more relaxed and not so pressured from the day to day activities and being worried about getting back to work or where ever they may be. The down side is keeping them focused if they have children. Either way.... Stay focused... You will do well.

Good self talk is the most important. Hang in there, you'll get it!
