Hi Ken, See you were nervous for nothing. Congrats on the new listing.

Ken.... Please do shower first !  :)   You will be fine. I like evening listing appointments as I think people are more relaxed and not so pressured from the day to day activities and being worried about getting back to work or where ever they may be. The down side is keeping them focused if they have children. Either way.... Stay focused... You will do well.

Good self talk is the most important. Hang in there, you'll get it!

The appointment went well.  Nice couple.  We will be putting the home on the market on Monday.  Paperwork signed.
