Up and Running

Ok, well here it is:  My very first blog post!  

I'm very excited about the new data set and graphs I have available at my website, pegasusventures.net, updated monthly and interactive so that you can drill down to individual MLS Districts and see trends over monthly and annual time periods.  Click here to go directly to the data.
