...it seems like lately,

everything is pushing the limits.

Mortgages, housing inventories, foreclosures-

Unavailable, too tight, too high or just too many to run away from.

When the river comes up, you never know what it is going to bring with it.

One thing it does bring is rich silt.

New ground to plant in.

In Egypt, they depend on a flooded Nile delta, now and for thousands of years,

to renew and replenish the land.
