Campbell Homes for Sale |September 2014 Market Report
There were no active or sold short sales or foreclosure properties in September. As with many Silicon Valley real estate markets, Campbell is still experiencing a shortage of homes for sale. Homes continue to sell from more than asking price.
Campbell homes market snapshot for the month of September 2014
- Active Listings: 16 = 11.1% decrease from August with 18 listings
- Median Price: $956,000 = 4.2% increase from August which was $917,500
- Average Price: $1,038,560 = 7.2% increase from August which was $969,175
- No. of Campbell Home Sales: 18 = 12.5% increase from August with 16 homes sold
- Pending Properties: 15 = 36.4% increase from August with 11 pending properties
- Sale vs. List Price: 106.7% = 0.9% increase from August at 105.7%
- Days on Market: 17 = 11.1% decrease from August with 19 days on market
Year over year the Campbell median home price increased 18.6%; the average sales price increased 25.8%; the number of homes sold decreased 14.3%; and the number of homes for sale decreased 44.8%.

Campbell CA is a great place to live and play. There is almost always something to do in downtown Campbell. As hard as it might be to believe it won't be long before Santa comes to town.
