Today we had 50 properties on this week's "hotsheet."  There were 22 new listings in Arrowhead Woods alone.  Of those 22, there was:

  • 1 Lakefront ($8,900,000 at 27453 Bayshore - 7br, 7.5ba built in 2006)
  • 1 condo ($294,000 for a 3br, 2.5ba near Tavern Bay, Willow Creek #29)
  • 2 short sales (1148 Voltaire - 4br, 2.5ba built in 1966 for $379,000 and 1424 Innsbruck - 3br 3ba built in 1990 on 5+ acres, horse property)
  • 3 lots ($165,000 on St. Anton, $580,000 on Hamiltair - gated community with dock rights, $ 175,000 at 26226 Augusta)  
  • 3 brand new homes (769 N. Golf Course - 3br 4.5ba for $769,000, 843 Jagerhorn - 5br 2.5ba for $739,900, and 26505 Walnut Hills - 3br 2ba for $549,000)

Of the properties being "re-toured" in Arrowhead Woods there were 6 price reductions:

  • 28462 North Bay - 4br 2.5ba built in 1999, reduced $70,000 to $729,000
  • 27692 West Shore - 4br 2ba built in 1979, reduced to $499,000
  • 222 Grizzly - 3br 3ba built in 1986, reduced to $398,000
  • 883 Crown - 4br 3.5ba built in 1968, reduced to $599,000
  • 26609 Thunderbird - 5br 3ba built in 1977 reduced $30,000 to $319,900
  • 27529 Alpen - 3br 2.5ba built in 1967 - "the Birdhouse" with lakeview, reduced to $439,000

Outside of Arrowhead Woods, there was:

  • 1 new bank-owned listing in Arrowhead Villas (551 Dover Ct - 2br 1ba built in 1980 with lakeview)
  • 1 price reduction in Twin Peaks ($219,950 - 3br 1.75 ba built in 1934)
  • 3 Running Springs price reductions (15 Manzanita - 2br 2ba built in 1990 in Smiley Park, reduced to $199,900, 31278 Pinehurst - 3br 2ba built in 1965, reduced to $265,000 and 30640 Ferndale - 1br 1ba built in 1961, reduced to $125,000)
