As you know location is a huge factor is so many things.  Where a house is located carried great weight.  People would like to purchase a home near things they would like to do.  I have one student who wants Nia - the dance exercise class I teach to be near her home.  So she enlisted the help of the Bay Club in Cupertino. 

There will be a FREE Nia class at the Bay Club in Cupertino on Friday, November 14, 2014 at noon!

The club is going to see if it is something they would like to have as a regular class.  You can come by and decide if it is something you would like to regularly attend.  It is FREE.
