It's the Spring Market and although the local Dallas and Collin County markets are down slightly from last year, there are lots of buyers and sellers nonetheless. Yes there is much confusion out there and mainly due to the bad PR from the NATIONAL TV Media. Ok., OK., even from the Texas Media at times. But if you look behind the curtain, you'll notice that the wizzard is pulling levers that will eventually announce "IT IS TIME" to get back into the market cause its not getting any cheaper for buyers to wait!

Generally if you do the opposite from the majority you'll come out ahead! Currently there are an increasing percentage of new and existing home buyers entering the Dallas and Collin County markets and finding deals! As the numbers of buyers increase the great deals will become less and less due to simple supply and demand principles.

If you are considering buying, you can't time it better than now. Although I can't guarantee my crystal ball is 100% accurate, but I do have a strong hunch! Stock Market, Housing Market, Dollar Decline, you can pick your financial topic and you will see that you NEVER want to be the last into a market bubble nor the last one out. And that means right about now should be a particularly good time to really consider your next real estate move in the Dallas Fort Worth Real Estate Markets.

Enjoy,

Mike

Welcome to ActiveRain, Mike! Good advice for buyers and sellers to focus on the local market, not what state or national media are telling them.
