Prices ranged from $107,000 for a 3-bedroom, one-story home in section 1-- UP to $189,000 for a lovely 4-bedroom home in section 5. Highest price per sq. ft. was $84.60 for a newer 3-bedroom one-story on a cul-de-sac street. Average price/sq. ft. was $72.
Fairwood is zoned to GREAT schools, has a nice community park, pool, and tennis courts, AND has incredibly low HOA fees! Currently there are only two homes listed "for sale" in Fairwood.
