Same in any large metropolitan area - drive across town and you'll see prices fluxuate for the same features and sq.ft. Or go to the extreme edges of town, so far out you can't see Camelback Mtn. or the other local peaks ... you can buy a grand estate for the price of a condo in Scottsdale. There are many newer communities in Laveen! And the Loop 202 freeway may be completed around South Mountain in my lifetime!
