It's a button......Rates are low, inventory is high...now is a good time to buy

Today one of my dear friends Michael (actually he is our guy when we travel to C.A.R. meetings who makes our dinner reservations, provides with flight info and rental cars....we girls are his harem!) sent me an email with a new promo that N.A.R. (National Association of Realtors) has come out with. 

I think N.A.R. is working on the public relations campaign to assist us in out current market.  I think it makes a statement and started using it in my email signature.  I wanted to share it with my active rain friends.

Johnny....I agree with you.  It is a great time to buy....someday we will all look back and wonder why we did not invest!

Actually, around here - inventory is low.  Prices are down only a tiny bit....that's part of the problem. Everyone thinks there SHOULD be big bargains out there...but nope...not happening..

It is a good time to buy in many markets.  There are others that may not be a good time.
