When you put in a search for "houses for sale in Hillside Terrace" you are going to expect to find pretty similar 3 or 4 bedroom houses in the $200,000 price range. And that is the norm.

There are 32 houses for sale in Westover today. They range in price from $174,000 to $459,000. They are the typical houses for the area with a larger range in price and size than many other areas.
But wait. What is this? Tucked in among the 32 houses is a 3/3/2 on 1,47 acres with a 30 x 40 shop! Now this house is right on the southern most edge of Westover and it is not typical BECAUSE it is outside of city limits. Do you know what that means? You could live in Westover and have a couple of horses. You could run a business out of your shop. City use properties and County use properties aren't the same. You should always check for use before you decided to put a chicken farm on the property, just in case.
