This report provides an in-depth look at the 3rd quarter results in Westchester, Rockland and Orange Counties. In summary, Orange County in general saw a sales price decrease (-5%) when comparing 3Q14 to 3Q13, while Monroe NY has seen a price increase throughout the 2014 year.
