The newest and only enclosed mall to open in the entire United States this year opened right here in Sarasota.  The Mall at University Town Center is our area's upscale mall and opened to the public on October 16th.  The mall encompasses 880,000 square feet of shopping and dining mecca.  There are 4,100 parking spaces, valet parking, free Wi-Fi and electronic charging stations.  Many of the stores are new to the area and include Apple, Crate & Barrell, L'Occitane, Z Gallerie,  BCBGMAXAZRIA,  and Tesla Motors among others.  Restaurants include Season 52, The Capital Grille, The Cheesecake Factory, and YO!
