Mr. Christmas Andy Williams ,

The Tradition Continues in Branson

Andy Williams, Mr. Christmas, the tradition continues in Branson Missouri at his Moon River Theater.

It's hard to believe it's been 2 years since Andy left us.

Branson has created an annual Christmas parade in Andy Williams honor, that kicks off the Christmas season. Of course Branson starts the Christmas season early! November 1st the town is fully decorated and Silver Dollar City Theme Park is aglow with an unbelievable amount of lights and a lighted parade at night.

Andy loved the Christmas season and consistently filled his 2000 seat Moon River Theater, thrilling audiences with his live performances with top entertainment.

The Osmond Brothers and Lennon Sisters have created another outstanding Christmas show in 2014 that has filled the Moon River Theater to capacity once again!

The Osmond Brothers were frequent guests on the Andy Williams Variety Show. Now the Osmonds are continuing the legacy of Andy Williams live performances. The harmonies of the brothers are still as great as you remember from the live shows you may have attended or even your vinyl records.  You will not want to miss this special event.

Oh and don't forget the Lennon Sisters! The  Lennon Sisters also are a big part of this Andy Williams style variety show.

The Lennons and Osmonds sound fantastic together!

During the show, clips of Andy Williams performances are displayed and bring back a lot of memories.

Every age will enjoy this show: from the tiny tots to the bigger tots, everyone will have a great time.

Branson has become a top 5 Christmas season destination, so if you haven't visited in Ozark Mountain Christmas season, come on down!

That sounds like the perfect Christmas show.  I must admit, your headline gave me a shock - my first thought was, "I thought Andy Williams had died," then realized I had misunderstood.

Branson realizes the impact Andy Williams had and still has on the community. He made this his home and the Moon River Theater has a great lineup all year long, so the legacy definitely continues.

One of our favorite trips was with seven other couples and a week in Branson. We saw 2-3 shows every day. What fun.

Carolyn- I've only been to Branson once and it was before all of the growth.  I'm going to have to return.  Moon River and Andy Williams.... you can't beat that.  And I remember seeing the Lennon Sisters on television.  Sounds like a magical time in Branson.
