Problems with the Wireless Communication

Our service area is the Sacramento Region, and sometimes that even gets pushed to the limits of the bordering areas. That’s all good when it comes to the work that we do, but we run into a communication problem sometimes. Yesterday was one of those time.
While out in the Dixon area, I lost my voicemail service. I could see that I had call messages but could not retrieve them. Often times the phone did not ring, it just went straight to messaging. We also discovered problems when trying to use the GPS functions on the phone, mapping was very slow.
We can work through all of this, and in many areas we plan for it in advance. Being new to this service area, it caught us by surprise. We will be ready today!
