Second Saturday Open House In Baltimore

This Saturday, Live Baltimore will feature six neighborhood walking tours, all of which will go right by my listing at 413 Calvin Ave (click for pictures).
This is a great opportunity for my listing to be featured November 15th.
These 2nd Saturdays build and strengthens vibrant urban communities in North Baltimore. We are reaching out to the 16,000 people that move into Baltimore each year and encourage them to consider buying a home in the north part of the city.
This program educates both home buyers and REALTORS ® about the myriad of special loans and grants available in certain Baltimore neighborhoods and will help current owners renovate their homes.
Second Saturday Open Houses work with listing agents to arrange for six to eight homes to be open at the same time on a Saturday afternoon. Once the homes are set, we send out notice to several thousand home buyers and hundreds of local Realtors. The events usually draw at least 20 participants and they have documented numerous instances where Second Saturday Open Houses led directly to a sale. I am hoping my home at 413 Calvin Avenue is one that finds the lucky buyer.
This Saturday November 15th, Live Baltimore will be putting on City Living Starts Here, which will be held in Waverly. Because there will already be several dozen potential buyers in the area for that event, our open houses will also focus on that community. Our event will begin immediately afterward.
