New Listings Last Week in Tooele County UT From Under $100,000 to $375,000
There were 15 new listings in Tooele County UT from under $100,000 to $375,000. As you would imagine, the bulk of the listings were in Tooele City; almost half. The balance of homes for sale out here were in Stansbury Park, & Grantsville UT, with one each in Lakepoint and Erda Utah. No condos or townhomes were listed, but there were a couple of homes under construction, 2 HUD Homes for sale, and 3 houses on enough acreage that you could keep horses.
If this is the price range you are interested in, there are over 380 units on the MLS you can search through. If you qualify for more, look thru the over 450 listed by agents in Tooele County as well as some Salt Lake real estate brokerages.
