Don't Buy or Sell Your Tooele Home Until Spring - NOT
Now that the holiday season is here the conventional wisdom is "don't buy or sell your Tooele home until spring". NOT!
There are pros and cons to that way of thinking. And yes I agree it is nice to plant a for sale sign on a nice green lawn, or not need to brave an icy sidewalk to get to a listing appointment. ... But... Some of you have no choice.
Transfers, opportunities, a possible million reasons why you can't stay put, and need to buy or sell this time of year. It's a, fact somebody must be doing it. There are over 400 homes for sale in Tooele County.
So.. to help ease the pain and help with the uncertainty of either listing your house, or looking at Tooele homes to buy over the Christmas season I have put together some articles that I hope will put some of your fears to rest..
