As I report on the largest subdivisions in Baton Rouge, at least in MLS Areas 4, home prices appear to be lower in 2014 for Sherwood Forest and Shenandoah Estates.  Shenandoah Estates Median Sales Prices October 2013 vs October 2014 is down 3%.
