How to run all Real Estate CRM info from one page in Outlook

Since the response has been so tremendous from my last 2 posts,  I thought I would expand further on how to set up Outlook to run your whole Real estate CRM. I have found that to save time I wanted to view-and access all my custom contact info in one page.

I'm a visual guy so here is a picture of my custom form to show you all info is on one page for me to view:

In my Prospect Plan sectionyou can see all the different pages "Buyer" "Seller"...accessible from my one page.

Here is how to do it

Step one In Outlook choose Tools>Forms>Design a form> ( I am assuming you have read my first blog on how to set up a custom form to run your business....http://activerain.com/blogsview/406292/Outlook-can-run-your )

Step two click "Control Toolbox"

Step three in control toolbox click "Multi-page" and place in your custom form where you want it. It should look like this:

Step Four -How to Change page names->left click over "page 1" to highlight then>right click>rename>type in name you want this page to be>click ok

Step Four- How to Add more pages>left click over last page to highlight (in this case page 2) >right click>insert> then rename to what you want( step four)

Repeat as necessary

I'll be switching to Outlook soon.  I've used Goldmine for years but they've abandoned the small user and are concentrating on the big boys with the big bucks.

I love this idea .. Question... Does the new Contact folder sync with your Blackberry? This is why I have moved my database into Outlook. I am tired of duplicating my work to use TP or SharperAgent. I just want to type it in once ... Set and Forget (well not forget really ;) But you get the idea.

Next Outlook request Do you know how to set up a campaign? Can you without having to purchase an add on line Eurekaware? Not the delayed e-mails option in Outlook 07 but more of a campaign of preset e-mails that can be assigned to each prospect as they come in.

Yes you can sync to your blackberry. Simply copy your contacts from your custom forms into the outlook "contact" folder. Blackberry only syncs to this folder, not a custom one.

Your second question. I have set up a custom task folder that reminds me of what to do. I have not found a way for Outlook to "automatically"email in batch mode on a pre-set date.

Caution. Save your custom forms on your hard drive. My outlook program has locked me out somehow of my custom forms twice. I have solved this problem by saving a working copy of all my forms before I use them. If there is a problem I just re-load forms from my hard drive and all my info is intact
