Grab your friends and family, a blanket and mittens, and head to downtown Harrisburg for a parade of marching bands, floats, helium balloons and more! On Saturday, November 22nd Harrisburg is kicking off the Thanksgiving / Christmas season with their annual Holiday Parade, Central Pennsylvania's largest holiday salute! The parade will begin on City Island at 12 noon. According to Harrisburg City's website the parade will proceed from City Island via the Market Street Bridge to Market Square where the judging and review stands are located. So bundle up and head out to enjoy this great free event!
