24 hours I would like to see 5 days a week - The past 24 hours (of work time), 36 hours of actual24 hours time has been very productive, I need more days like this in my week,

Tuesday 11/18/14

  • 5:30 AM First thing in the morning I spent time writing a course curriculum,
  • 6:30 AM spent an hour working out,
  • 7:35 sat down and checked my email and followed up with several of them and took a peak at Activerain, wrote a handful of comments
  • 8:30 made myself and my boys some breakfast.
  • 9:00 a listing shows up that would be perfect for one of my buyers, I set the showing
  • 9:15 wrote a blog post
  • 10:00 Found properties for second buyer and set more showings
  • 10:30 Webinar
  • 11:45 scheduled two classes and submitted curriculum
  • 12:15 drove to show property
  • 12:45 met buyer at property and discussed offer
  • 1:30 back at desk putting offer together and grabbing a light lunch
  • 2:30 getting offer signed by buyer
  • 2:45 Putting marketing package together for recruiting
  • 2:30 New buyer calls and says they are moving to Denver and need some help, oh by the way they have two homes to sell in the mountains
  • 3:30 two hour Brian Buffini webinar on recruiting and retention
  • 5:45 Dinner with friends and family

Wednesday 11/19/14

  • 5:30 spent a half hour writing
  • 6:00 workout
  • 7:00 breakfast and emails and Activerain comments
  • 8:00 the phone rings, a workout mate of my wife's wants to buy a property, I collect the data and contact the listing agent
  • 9:00 Write an offer to purchase this property
  • 10:00 two of my four showings for the day have gone under contract and are no longer accepting showings
  • 11:00 hit the road to show the other two listings
  • 11:18 get a text from one of the remaining two listings, sorry under contract no more showings
  • 11:45 I get the buyers in the car and drive to the one showing, it is a total wreck, even more than we anticipated, the search continues
  • 12:45 I get back to my office and grab a quick lunch and follow up with more emails
  • 1:30 finalize my marketing campaign
  • 2:30 my mother in laws boyfriend calls and says he wants to list his home tomorrow (about two weeks ahead of schedule)
  • 2:45 prepare the paperwork for the new listing
  • 3:50 Counter on yesterdays offer comes through, we can make it work
  • 4:15 reviewed content from other coaches for 2015 curriculum
  • 5:00 printed off next series of personalized targeted mail campaign
  • 5:30 sat down to write my daily Activerain blog

All in all a busy 25 hours, darn I thought I would get this done in 24, oh well, some days are like that
