Derenda,
Great photos of the area! I just stopped by to say WELCOME to Active Rain!

Hi Mike in Tucson,
Thank you for your Welcome. I have been very busy with State REALTOR meetings and I am very behind in my blogging. Thank you for your patience. I plan to drop by your place later today and visit for a bit. I am sure I will pick up a few great tips. See you around in the Rain.

Derenda,
I was really looking forward to meeting you and MK and wasn't disappointed at all. Felt like I was sitting there visiting with 2 old friends. :)
Had a great day on Saturday, visiting with my Aunt & Uncle in Walker, LA. Got to see some of my cousins I haven't seen in a long time. The cameras were flashing all over the place that day. We all had cameras! haha
Sunday, was a nice day too. Started the day by going to Greengate Nursery (is that the right name?) on Lake Street, not far from your office. We found the Louisiana Irises that Don wanted to plant here in our garden. I hope they live here in the different soil and drier heat?!?!? Then, went to my cousins house for lunch and spent the afternoon visiting with everyone. From there, we went back to Don's brother's house and we went out for dinner!!! Left early Monday morning after a stop at Market Basket for some supplies -- Jack Miller Barbeque Sauce, a Pork Brisket and 10# of freshly made Boudin!!!! LOL
Judi,
I had the same feeling about visiting with a long time friend. Is this common with Rain contacts? I am new at this. I really felt we have been able to communicate our personalities to one another clearer than I would have expected. I enjoyed our visit as well.
Greengate Nursery is the correct name. Sounds like you made the best run on the grocery store. You cannot leave town without that. Let us know if you run low and start to develop shakes or something. Ha!
