That is an amazing price for that property Jeff! And there are several outlets out there for financing. The beauty of this property is enthralling.

Jeff, I wish this had been available in years past. I had two church groups looking for properties, and at that time there was nothing even close to suitable on the market.

BTW, that seems like an extremely reasonable price.
