Clarence NY is ideally located in Erie county close enough yet country in nature, and claims to be the first town in Erie county. Lindy Ruff, head coach of the Buffalo Sabres is one prominent member of the Clarence community. In Clarence, the current absorption rate of single-family homes is 9.1 months.
