Market Update - Tollgate Crossing - Aurora, CO 80016 - October 2014
Tollgate Crossing is a beautiful DR Horton neighborhood, and now we are seeing Oakwood starting brand new construction. You will find single family homes that are conveniently located 30 minutes outside of Downtown Denver, and is an easy commute to DIA. With many pocket parks throughout the neighborhood, it's not uncommon to see neighborhood families with kids playing and enjoying the Colorado weather. Living in Tollgate Crossing you have shopping at Southlands Mall, retail and hospitals close, but don't have the traffic you would expect in Denver. Homes in this neighborhood were built from 2004-2013. This neighborhood is located in the Cherry Creek School District.
Today let's take a look at how the market has fared so far this year. The sales in the spring and summer were very strong, with August and the first of September slowing a bit, it sure has picked back up again even as we approach the Thanksgiving holiday. Values in this neighborhood has seen nice value increases.
