Employers slashed 80,000 jobs...way more than the analyst expected.  Unemployment rate was up to a new high in 3 years at 5.1%.  Stock Market is moving slow today on this news and the bond market is trading well.  This should push interests rates down a tad for a Friday.

I am impressed that the stock market is holding ground considering the news.  I am on vacation all next week...so there will be no mortgage market update but I will be watching the market constantly.  The only good news for you today is that EVERY time I go on vacation, rates drop...
