    This service is actually very useful.  Creating your own flyers is easy and free with Publisher, but the Agent Marketing Tool saves me valuable time and energy. They email 2500 listing emails for $15 to agents in my region or anywhere in the US.  I can get my Austin listings out to Southern California or New York or wherever I want to advertise the property.  I don't have a huge database, so this really helps to get exposure for my properties.

    Anyway, just wanted to chime in.  Thanks.
