The average price per sq. ft. was $81.44; however, there was a huge range between the smaller and larger homes.
In general, the smaller the home, the higher the price/Sq. ft.
The average price/SF of the 5-bedroom homes (3 of them) was $65, while the average price/SF of the one-story, 3-bedroom homes was $96.
Both Centex and Pulte homes built here in the mid to late 1990s, when business development was just beginning along the Beltway. Now that the area is all built-up, buyers appreciate the quick, easy access to major arteries!
