OMG No one has called me Yet to show homes today!

Does this mean what I think it does?  A Sunday to relax and watch the Broncos play and watch other football today while I am stuffing my 2015 Calendars to mail out tomorrow. 

The last 3 weeks have been 3 buyers looking for homes in the lower price range of $225,000.  If they hit the market they are gone in 24 hours or agents are setting a time of three days to see all contracts and make a decision at that point which one they are going to take for the lucky buyer.

I will be shock, this will give me off today and on THANKSGIVING, thank you from above for the break!

Hello Patricia, off to Steamboat Springs on Tuesday till Saturday, we have 5 cabins rented and lots of friends to enjoy time with, but I will be working on my budget for 2015 on Wednesday and marketing plan maybe on Friday morning.
